ALL Great Lakes states (IL, IN, KY, MI, OH & WI): Eligibility Refresher:  60 min refresher for those that need to brush up on things like the differences between Enrollment Periods for Med Supps vs. Medicare Advantage, what constitutes Guaranteed Issue and Underwriting Guidelines.
